Home Service Contracting Consultant, LLC will be holding a Pre-Approval Application Completion & Submission Process on March 10, 2012 form 1 PM - 6 PM and again on March 17, 2012 form 9 AM - 12 PM & 1:30 PM - 4 PM at the American Legion Post 89 building located at 10021 Dahlgren Road (RT 206), King George, Virginia 22485. NOW is the time to contact me if you are interested in applying for a USDA Rural Development low income/low interest rate loan. This also applies to our Military Service Men and Women that qualify for the program. Your credit score may not be the determining factor as to whether you are approved. Please bring your debt information along with the creditor's name, amount of payment, and balance. If this is a joint application, your wife or husband must attend along with anyone who is 18 years or older so all necessary documents can be signed. Once you are approved and depending on the amount, you may qualify to do the following: (1.) Purchase a modular home (2.) Purchase a doublewide (3.) Purchase an existing single family home (4.) Purchase a condominium (5.) Purchase land for your home. We will go over additional information at the meeting.
