Home Service Contracting Consultant, LLC was established in February 2006 for the sole purpose of making homes more affordable for low, medium and high income families.  We are determined in providing you with excellent service while keeping you informed throughout the process.  After serving my country for 20 years in the United States Army, I worked 4 years as a government housing inspector for the Department of Public Works, Family Housing Division located at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.  During that period, Fort Meade was going through a housing revitalization program in which new homes were constructed and old units torn down.  I was one of several inspectors that inspected the contractors to insure work was accomplished in a timely matter and completed accurately.  To ensure I was qualified to do my job effectively as a government housing inspector, I attended the "Basics of Facilities Management Course," "Army Housing Management Orientation Course," "Army Housing Management Course," and the "Southern Management Maintenance Training Academy." Currently I serve as a builder for "Ritz-Craft Modular Homes, located in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania," and two manufactured home companies, "Pine Grove Homes in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania" and Fleetwood Homes in Rocky Mount, Virginia.  The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development during an inspection of my homes has decided to bring me on as a builder for their organization.
