You as the purchaser(s) and owner(s) will be required to give Home Service Contracting Consultant, LLC a specific and limited power of attorney document which will allow the organization to perform the complete turn-key operation or specific task as determined and agreed upon by the purchasers(s)/owner(s) and Home Service Contracting Consultant, LLC.  Below is a copy of the document which must be completed and notarized.  This document along with the purchase contract will allow the builder to start the process.  We realize that communication with our customers is very important and we will ensure you have copies of all documents pertaining to your purchase.  We will communicate with you throughout the process to let you know how the building process is progressing.
